User Group Maintenance Changes

Just a couple quick changes I wanted to alert everyone of before they freak out. The Den of Gimps (officer board) is down until it is needed again. At this point it is not being used and without a game and structure it is not needed. Bloodwinter Clan Only Discussion is still private. I removed anyone that has not visited the board in months from all user groups. Thanks ~
