I heard about this on a local morning show earlier this week. What I found interesting is most of the kids tested could point out Sectoid and Gorillas moms house on a map but not Iraq.

The National Geographic-Roper Public Affairs 2006 Geographic Literacy Study paints a dismal picture of the geographic knowledge of the most recent graduates of the U.S. education system.

Ok, that truely made me ROFLMAO in real life, sheesh, and i thought the thousands of immigrants comming to Denmark without even being able to find it on a map was moronic....

North of Germany
South of Sweden
West of Latvia
East of England

= Denmark - Population = rought 5.5 million people.
