ugh i gotta vent somewhere

ok my job really stinks right now because they are majorly cutting hours left and right. like yesturday i was scheduled til 7 and i was told to go home at 5. this morning i got a phone call to tell me i had to go in at 11pm to close the store when i was originally scheduled from 4-10 which was cut.... Does anyone know if they can legaly do this after the schedule has been printed? I'm an asm and i was hired as a ft employee which means i get over 35 hours a week and um i'm only getting 28-30 now......

no but EB games just called me and said i have a job with them and i will get 40+ hours a week ^_^

i could still use another maid
if you don't have some special contract or anything then ya they can drop hours even if they give you a set schedule earlier in the week unless your work place is union then you can try and go thru there crap to keep em from screwin ya on hours

you know whats funny? one of my bosses saw the boards open and he saw my sig and he goes what the hell web site are you on? and i said its a forum website thats just some guys sig. and he said thats innappropriate. LOL burned by my own sig... ill get rid of it later today i dont want the same thing happening to other people

so i have to buy from the competition lol. The store manager already calls me a traitor because i work at gamerush he will really hate me now that i'll be workin at eb

That sig is one of the few things I look forward to at work. I don't mind putting the blame on Supreem at all.
