the bumper fell off how can the car be totaled either use super glue or ducktape imo ducktape fixes everything

If you want to fix it up a bit nicer, then buy a the rear quarter panel from a junkyard, preferably in a different colour.

No repainting needed!

i dont see 22k in damage..

i'll even figure in replacing the quarter panel wich i dont think it should need.. a good body man should be able to fix it for about 15 hours.

I cant obviousely tell everything from the pictures but i got most f the clearly visible stuff, and nearly any piece of suspension i can add for typical damaged parts in an accident of this type.

just my .02, sorry to hear yur back is f'd up, my fiance totalled my truck on my birthday a fiew weeks ago n her back is messed also.

Underneath suspension gone - 4-5k
Supersprint X and S mid pipes gone - 2k
Differential gone - 2-3k
Dinan Exhaust gone - 1k

Not to mention springs, tires, rim, and anything else under there.

Also, lets not forget about labor.

that is inclusive of labor, also includes a 800.00 wheel, i figure your prolly running Dunlops or Pirelli's on there so i figured 260.00 for a new rubber.

again i cant tell from the pics the echaust mid pipes are bent, i personally dont see how the rear diff could be damaged, perhaps an axle shaft and seals. I figured both upper and lower control arms, all bushings, shock, spring, shock mount incase its mount was torn.

just my observations not bashin nothin.. I suppose though if i looked underneath the car the diff housing could be cracked at the axle entrance.
BMW's also have odd workings for crossmembers and such also. So unless they are replacing everything under there i dont see it getting to 22k. This rough estimate is written on ADP software, perhaps the shop that did your estimate uses something else. I sure hope insurance is covering this repair, cuz you dont want ot get stuck with a 22k bill replacing parts you dont need to.
