she shouldnt have put the picture up imo.
why put Bush's pic up, and not Kerry's too, if she states it wasnt "political agenda" then there would have been no problem with Kerry's photo right next to Bush's.

haha Are you serious?
Kerry isn't even a president and I think by putting a runner-up for a President supports a Political agenda.
Remind you these are middle school students.

That is simply the stupiest thing Ive ever read/listened to. This teacher had every right to post that photo of the president [although one of him alone wouldve been better] along side photos of other presidents, he is afterall "the" president.
Bush, like it or not is now part of our history. The parents and anyone else who demanded she also post Kerry's pic need to seriously lay off the crack pipe. How can someone who isnt even president [dare I say, yet] share a place in a classroom along side those who served terms as president.
I nominate the principal of this school for next years Darwin awards.

Why put a senator's picture up on a bulleton board posting pictures of the current and former presidents?
Are these parents so worried that their 6th grader is going to be so biased against JK because of this bulleton board that it will affect the outcome of this election?
The principal, vice, and those parents were completely out of line. Ridiculous. Although I also lost a little respect for that teacher because she gave in and took the whole display down. She did nothing wrong, and had no reason to give into the parental pressure.

when my parents were growing up the presidents picture was right next to the flag in EVERY classroom and it should still be regardless of who it is

Best quote I've heard lately was from Colin Quinn's tough crowd.
He said "Censorship is wrong, unless the Democrats or liberals are the ones doing it"
Hehe, that show cracks me up
You also don't hear alot about republican/Bush supporters breaking in and vandalizing Various democratic state campaign offices.

The Washington state Bush/Cheney office was broken into last week and vandalized as well.
I honestly don't care for either of these guys, but stuff like this is disturbing to say the least
