Sup folks, I am in the Matrix Online Beta. Been playing it for 2 days now. My character is level two. It is pretty cool, alot different then other mmporgs. I will post some screen shots 4 you all this weekend. Damn tight graphics, cool battle system, but I have yet to determine its worth. More to come soon.
Game is only in friends and family beta, my good buddy is the Associate Producer for it, so he hooked me up.

It cool that wachowski brothers are allowing people to continue the sub-plots of the matrix in the video games.

I played Enter the Matrix and was very cool.

I have been bouncing on the MXO dev boards here and there. I don't think that they have a nitch in the MMO world IMO.

Monolith and EON Productions are under severe budget contraints from Ubisoft and I will think it will make a huge inpact on the game's versatillity and playability.

Ubisoft Bought the name and think they can make a quick buck off the MMO world by selling a cheaply made "Matrix" Game. They are in over their heads.

The cool thing about it is that this game is probably the most story driven MMO I've ever seen, as the characters you can change the way the story is told. Every month a new chapter will come out, and they will put up a new movie, lets say you killa key mob, the movie will feature you and everyone will see your character striking the fatal blow. This can be good and bad, fame often comes with some haters, so watch your back, you might have a bounty on it.

The high level characters are powerful as FUCK. So the end game looks pretty nuts, right now I am a noob, but Ive seen some peeps straight hyper jump off the screen.

Also, a cool feature is that they implemented AIM onto it, so you can tal with peeps on IM while you play. I was at work and my boy messaged me from inside the Matrix, pretty cool huh!

That is kinda immersive. Only I fking hate aim wonder if you can use trillian or something. That would rock.
