Like anyone can believe that lighting strikes 3 times at me in houseing but here is my delimma. I wanted to rid my accounts after my second problem with housing were I lost my trophies cause I forgot to pay my Personal House rent. (Lost bout 5-6 Hurika's Trophies. Was really the straw that broke the cammel's back cause mythic had no intention of treating me as a customer)

So I was very dissappointed to say the least, I upped and Quit. I decided to let my mansion go (Yes not sell it, It was a sence of pride and acheivement having the first mansion)

With the loss of my personal house most of my toons vaults on merlin were full and I was going to take the Guild Mansion items off the market bankers once I had everything organized.

WEll, Low and behold I get everything organized and went to recover my guild mansion items, and I couldn't. Agsin I had probally 1mith of crap in those 4 vaults. From TG Vests, All Mp's Full sets of chain, Scrolls, you name it it was in there. Most of my major collecting over 2years was in those vaults. I appeal of course and The CSR was aware that I could not retreive my items, verified that I owned my mansion and Knew there was a vault #'ing issue. ( He said something about how my mansion # wasn;t linging up with the banker, but said I wouldn't loose my items it just needed to be corrected)

I appeal On that Friday He told me that he was forwarding to the devs to fix on Monday...... That was 3 months ago..... I appealed again... Deleted..... I appealed again..... Deleted... I gave up....

I let my accounts expire and as sanya would say "I'm Dumbfounded"

I don't want spaz on VNoards cause I think NO ONE will believe that Mythic a company they still pay would ever let this happen...

I looked them up on the BBB, and they already have a bad report of not resolving customers complaints....

What should I do?

Buy a map where Mythic HQ is marked with a big phat red X and a tactical nuclear warhead. Rest ill leave up too you...

OK Ting that utterly made my cry from reading it

I could think off a couple of things you could do but im not so sure what the impact could be.

1. Write a letter to Mythic management?. I've heard story's about CSR's not going through with what they say about up'ing the problems they recieve onto higher levels. So maybe a letter sendt directly for the management can clear it?.

2. Sue the bastards. Their representetive ingame has stated that your problem would be fixed within 3 days, yet after three months it has yet to be resolved without any compensation for you. You know that it's gonna be a long ass haul before you come anywhere near the same items again. It's kinda like them throwing a Molotov cocktail through the window too your Museum and letting it burn to the ground, afterwards not repaying the damages they've caused.

3. Taking the personal ride to Fairfax, Virginia and go head to head with them.

That's what i can really come about.

damn ting, sorry to hear all these problem happening to ya ive always preech how bad mythic cs are... and keep calling that dumb bitch sanya, sonya cause she thinks everything is gonna be ok if she keep writing bs crap on the herald... and lag in toa is fucking horrible, how hard is it to upgrade the damn servers??? anywho good luck man, and keep doing what are born to do... KICK ASS woot!!!!

visit the repo merchants with the character that placed the vault and consignment merchant, who is also rank 0 in the guild and you can reclaim all the items.
