Obviously we don't know what impact these players will truly have until they take the field on a pro football team but what are your initial impressions?

What teams did well and who fucked up?

I'm fairly happy about the Raiders draft so far. Gallery is a fucking animal and they chose Jake Grove of Virginia Techl the 2nd center in the draft (best center on some draft cards) with pick 45. They really reloded that shitty O=line they had last year.

Robert Gallery garnered so much attention around the NFL, the Oakland Raiders knew they did the right thing choosing the Iowa offensive tackle with the second overall pick in the draft Saturday.

"Most people who were talking about trading up were interested in Robert Gallery, so that's an indication of what people feel about him in the league," Raiders coach Norv Turner said. "Obviously that's what we feel about him."

The Raiders received several trade offers, but were much more interested in getting the 6-foot-7, 323-pound Gallery for themselves. He is considered the best offensive line prospect since Orlando Pace went No. 1 overall to St. Louis in 1997.

We traded up to get an offensive lineman that has a weight problem and was at one point over 400 lbs.

Hide the cheesesteaks, boys, Shawn Andrews is coming to town!

We did this despite the fact that we needed: two cornerbacks, at least one linebacker, a third-string QB and a backup running back.

Disappointed

Honestly I was really stoked about the draft this year. The cowboys really needed a RB bad. AE (After Emmitt) hasnt been good for us and having a Fullback Richie Anderson getting the most TDs and reception yards is sad. We literally had FB who should have been our RB and our RB who should be our FB.

So we had pick 22 in the first round thinking we would be lucky if one of the top 2 RBs would fall into our lap. What happens they fall into our lap. WTF does Jones do? He frikken trades down for more picks and a first round pick next year.

#1. Julius Jones better be a steal of the draft.
#2. The buffalo bills better finish dead last this year so we have #1 pick overall next year.
#3. All the rest of the picks we got this year better produce big time.

I was stoked about this year but with the Giants taking Eli Manning and the Redskins (New York Yankees) buying another super team and the Eagles getting Terrill Owens it doesnt look very good for us. Maybe next year.

The Cowboys had one of the worst drafts this year on paper. Perhaps they know something everyone else did not; but more likely they simply fucked up ~

Bill is around for 5 more years, this is why they did that.

That is if Jerry Jones doesnt drive him away like he did Jimmy Johnson.

I miss Jimmy J.

Say, how did Joe Gibbs do in the draft for the Redskins? He may have some of the same difficulties with Snyder that Bill does with Jerry.

I agree bro, but could not believe they passed on the running backs they did. Tuna had a two year plan so they should be pretty good this year.
