I think it looks cool, just not alot of space it seems
But what do you need a big boat for?, the room is only used to fill out beautiful women in bikini's and have coolers stuffed with beer and a big stereo with a 10 cd changer

i know boats and it's an ok boat with t a decent engine. nice price for that type of boat 
If you are looking to just cruise arround and drink possibly pass out on that's your boat. But if you are looking to go fishing more that hanging out that's probably not the boat for you. The reason it's not a good fishing boat it doesn't have the hookups a real fishing boat would have. It would be more of a pain in the ass to fish on i know from experience.

So long as it can pull my ass outta the water and up onto a wakeboard, it's an excellent boat and you should buy it.

Last year Daemic and I bought a 94 Regal Vilante. Our's is a cabin cruiser also. We don't really need speed and we do party on it a lot and pass out.
I think the price is decent for the year of the boat and with all the options.
I don't know the history of Rinker boats tho. The most popular boats in Michigan right now, for great lakes cruising are Regal, Sundancer, Wellcraft, and Chris Craft. Go to a Marina and look for some Rinker boats and ask some people there about them.
If your seriuos about the boat. You MUST get a survey done on the boat itself and the engine. Both survey's cost $100-$150 each. But the piece of mind you get is nice. The survey's will tell you condition, moisture levels, condition of engine, etc. Check the hours on the engines. The last thing you want to do is end up with a floating cottage because your outdrive decided to go out on you. It's already gonna be expensive filling your gas tanks with those twin 260's and repairs take a while from marina mechanics. There's always someone else's boat to fix first.
I'm sorry if this too much info, or if you already know what your doing. Daemic and I knew NOTHING about boats or boating, but it has now become an obsession. Every weekend, reguardless of weather, we are at the boat/marina. In the summer of course. Michigan winters aren't that much fun on the lakes.

P.S. Pardon my ignorance about Texas waterways. Is this for Saltwater or Freshwater? A boat that size needs a lot of water for enjoyment. And for the Gulf, the waves are probably 3-5 all the time. Lake St. Clair in Michigan almost demands at least a 20'+ boat due to the chop. Too many toys in the bathtub=waves.

Which one? There's a bunch on that page...The 31 foot rinker is nice, the 260hp mercs are modified chevy 350s that WILL drink some serious gas. The guy who has the slip next to my dad's has a 34 foot Fiesta Vee and its is really, really nice. If we're talking about the ski boats, I have no idea
