place one storm in the center of each of the redcap camps.

and wait for the instant pulls to come in. can totally claim MOD in the name of BWC!

That is kinda dangerous, if all camps full pop at once you are kinda dead. And you can't rez the ppl that put the storms out till they are down coz it will pull auto then they get up on their feet again, i've tried it

When i was lvl'ing my healer there, the most effective storm was the endurance draining storm. Hmm, go figure.

Last i checked they changed the Storm Lord where it no longer draws or dmg's pVe
