PHPBB Help??!!!?!?!

Ok so im trying to do this and im hitting a wall. Ok I downloaded in and unzipped it then I uploaded it to my webspace and it doesnt want to go into the install page im confused!!! Please help!!!!!

does your webspace support php (and mySQL) ?

I figured it out. I doesnt let me run CGI which is needed for Phpbb. Thanks for the help barbos.
Do you have a suggestion for a cheap webhost provider that does let me do CGI, PHP and mySQL?

you shouldn't need CGI... just php and mySQL
http://www.fuitadnet.com/ is about the cheapest hosting I've found.
http://www.networkeleven.com/ is the host for this site.
