I didn't go hog wild on artifacts, I just got my 2 stealth lore items and My Scarab vest. Sad to see my TG BP gone... but I think My 22% Dmg output at 1.5sec weilding 2 4.1spd weapons will be overall better then a 270hp heal. I wanted all my resists capped cause of all the legendary weapons out there and didn't want to take a chance getting pwned. I need some thoughts or suggestions on the template though it just doesn't feel right.... Should I do more artifacts and gimp some resists or is it good?

Why did you get two Stealth Lore items? The effect isn't cumulative.

With 2 stealth lore items i can always have it up... or use teh shade mode from the claok so people can't see me as well... i seen one dude on mord usnig shade and he was just shooting people with arrows and no one could see him unstealhted in shade mode... it will be a great asset for me running away from zergs etc...

Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought you could only activate one artifact every 15 minutes.

No, you can only use each artifact every 15 min for the most part. Thats the artifact timer. Then there also seems to be a "use" timer in the game that prevents you from using two charged items immediately, artifacts fall under that timer too. I think thats like 2 minutes or something close to that.
