Please read this article. Is this true that putting +power into SC'ing armor is usless? Any xplaination would help. I'm getting ready to make my template including ToA stuff.
P.S. I don't know how t make a clicky

"So I included +power because I figured 1 more spell was better than +RC (almost never use the baseline bolt), +supp (rarely use the nuke and only then for snare), or STR (carry capacity), or QUI (staff damage over time). All those events were much rarer then me running out of power and wanting one more nuke.
That being said +power should be the lowest priority of all the things I did put on my suit (including Spirit resist on a server where Hib >>> Alb)."
that says it all right there i think, i wouldnt even bothing with +pow unless you have everything else capped, and its between power, and something you will never use...

spirit is still nice to have. Necros are entirely spirit based. ^_^
Pow is useless and it takes up alot of imbue points. Its best left out of a suit.

Thx for the replies. Knowing that, it should be easier for me to cap resists now. Or at least come close.

If you're being a good ToA slave, you should be stretched thin on imbue points.
I can't cap everything with ToA out now.
And druids are relatively easy.
I went for +%cast speed, +%power +%heal effectiveness.
with you, you'll probably still want to cap +%cast speed and +%power.
But I'm like a master SC template maker, and I couldn't cap with max +% in 3 cats + 4 artifacts.
