I have very little interest in getting in terribly early to any game right now, but I would appreciate access to the forum you create.
I've beta'd all but daoc of the games I've played, and while it is kind of cool to do it a week or two before hand to get a feel for the game and an idea of what you will enjoy class/race/whatever wise...these games, IMO, have a limited lifespan to me. I'ld rather spend it in the "live" game than the beta at this point.
Of course, I've been playing these for longer than most here, if you count MUDS as the same (which they are really, it is funny when you can recognize the roots of the code they use because of the mistakes made are the same that were common in MUDs). I've developed, alpha'd, beta'd, all that stuff, and it is just a stage I'm not too interested in.
I also think I will have a hard time in whatever one, if any, I do decide to play in. Face it, without you guys these games would suck ass. DAoC's PvE is one of the worst of all the games out there, AC2 being the only one I think is more boring. And RvR is fun, but, dunno, it is just the same ole same ole after playing it for a while. Dunno how you guys keep doing it.
Anyways, right now my life involves playing PS2 and GC split screened with Julie/Saphyre/Brook on week nights after work, and then having a house full all weekend till 2 or 3am playing poker, 4 player games on the consoles, or just hanging out, or heading over to a card room.

It's going well. TML (big on hib/palo and in CoE, plus some alb guild with super before andred), Mosthula, Me, Saphyre, Nikolaos, Daoiid and Zovirax are doing stuff pretty much every weekend. We get Hyla over once in a while but that boy is addicted to DAoC like no one else I know. We also have a few of our other friends who never realy played daoc much but were in UO, AC and MUDs before over a lot. Add in family and other friends, we get anywhere from 5 to 20 over on Friday nights, and about half that on Saturdays.
Me/Saphy, Mosthula/Niko and Hyla/his wife (same crew that went to vegas) are hitting the Bahamas in 3 weeks, looking forward to that. Got my wedding all setup for March (anyone wanna come down to FL last week of March can most likely attend. I have 150 seats, but will probaly have a couple of extras. I promise the ceremony will be VERY short, and the reception much longer and hopefully fun, even though Julie won't let me bring my poker or craps tables to the reception
Work is moving along for most of us. People range from content to happy, no real complaints from any one.
