Newb question 1)
What is the general rule when figuring out the overcharge amount ?
Is it safe to go more than 3 over on a 100 qual item? Chain is a little expensive and before I go crazy figuring out elaborate SC charts, I'd like to know the general rules of thumb.

Is there anyone out there that has everything maxxed out?

What is the base chance for a melee char to Crit?

You can overcharge 5pts on 99 or > qual lvl 51 stuff with ease. so go with that.

As far as the base chance to crit, I dont have a clue.

Make syre all your gems are 99% or you will eat dirt on that overcharge.
