Never Again
...will I or my brother make an appearance here in the interests of gaming. I'm through, he's through, and Nameless as it was may not survive our departure from the game world. I've purged myself of all hopes for its continued existence, and yet offer my undying applause to the one who lets it--who urges it to persist. There are plenty hands here more capable than mine...
As for me, my plans necessarily entail my departure. I was successful in that a learning process for me here was concluded on a step higher on the stairwell of improvement than the one I was on three years preceding.
I wasted your time. I wasted my time, but the realization occurs to me in hindsight and for my indifference--that for which I have become reputable--to thoughts that dawdle or flounder in the shallows of a recent past I have no regret. You may hate me for it...I can't do anything about that. The only one, I have concluded, I can do anything with precision and with assured outcomes for is myself.
If one wishes to undertake the burden of leading the Nameless Empire, notify me, and we will make the appropriate transactions. Otherwise, upon the expiration of the year the Nameless Empire and its home on the .net server will die.
I can still be contacted at inspirii@msn.com. Hatemail, continued correspondance, or inquest; your words are welcome.
Those of you with whom I've become close I will contact on my own to exchange deserving words.

I for one believe this may be the end of the Nameless Empire planned for Shadowbane (at least as it stood a month ago), but shouldn't mean the end of a community of fellow gamers.
I plan to continue the hosting of these forums for as long as someone will keep coming here.
I also completely agree with Naeriad's request below.

Druth i have spent a great 2 years i think undr your command in this guild and it is going to be missed. I can say that i would not of traded any minute with this guild for any other. The hype and pre beta and before release was a rush and a fun play ground for my imaginationand i hope others as well...I see where you are coming from and it s a good stance to make...
I wanna say thankyou for everything and wish you good luck with college and whatever is to come......with a last note i know you hate to dwell on the past but my friend came to a good conclusion when i told him he was waisting his time with something. HE said he enjoyed it and if you enjoy it then you aren;t waisting your time. And i can say i haven't waisted my time even if nothing comes out of it....the hours online i spend i enjoyed and made the time pass worth while.
In one last tribute to you i am going to not spell check this or edit it..............:)

This...saddens me to hear, I've had a great time in associating with this guild for the last 2 years as well and looked forward to the future of it. Although I'm not a man of many words (hence the "..." everywhere), I want you to know that you will be missed.
And as mentioned above, I wish you good luck and prosperity in your future
P.S.
you wont be getting any hate mail from me, I enjoyed the time spent on the site and boards throughout the time. thanks Druth

Well I've done the collegge thing and while it didn't take up as much time as it seemed back then or as real life takes of mine right now I can certainly understand. I'm gonna be in Shadowbane even if I have to be a true lone wolf because of nameless empire not being in it and no other guilds being out there I'de join. If I really do end up without the NE in SB I'll try to find a guild that suits my needs or make another pathetic attempt at creating a guild with a structure that suits me and my personal life. Me and druth may not have been the same after the first NE changed but I wish him luck. I might type more when I have less other stuff on my mind.
Sure, beleifs exist that are too rediculous to be true. You might be surprized how many things you laugh at are true.

Of course, you all deserve at least that explanation Naeriad.
I am leaving behind my gaming hobby to start up a youth media corporation. All the issues I formerly had to address as organizational leader, representative of the guild's ideals, and definer of its goals, I must now address in a business setting. So in effect, the years of guild leading was good practice for me, although I am regretful it had to occur at the expense of your developed expectations.
I'm somewhat reassured that it was all worthwhile by the decision some of you have made to treasure the time we spent dispite the turn of events. I think Nameless should live on. If you still value my input, I would advise the lot of you to place Izrath next in line for succession, if barbos would accept a place beside him as his second-in-command.
I'll be around.
Ferou and Zeris should expect a call from me tomorrow =-D
