CTRaid Assist is so fuckin cool you don't ever have to get it Slyth... someone in your group that HAS it can report your health/mana for you and automatically. I see it like this. Say we have 8 BWC that want to run together but only have 1 priest. If everyone or most everyone has CTRaid, that 1 heal...
