Dunno if it is still the same, but SM pet + skald speed is the best way to pull... the pet dosent lose speed if it is hit, and all the aggro mobs focus on the pet instead of the other group members (until they get hit by pbae)... makes it easier to stun because they are all grouped together going af...

I bought a Microsoft wireless optical mouse a while back, you can map keys to it pretty easy. I don't reccomend the wireless tho, needs 2 new AA batteries every 3 weeks or so, and the cursor movement seems a little jerky sometimes.
