Laptop HDD Data recovery?

Postby Bakerton » Thu Mar 31, 2005 3:49 pm

I have a Laptop HDD that crashed a few months back and I want to try to recover the data on it just to see if I can do it. Anyone know how? I took it out hoping it might be able to be slaved in my PC but no dice since the connectors are way different. Any ideas or tips?
No ma'am, the only gaping hole I leave is within your dignity.

And, what does the Search and Rescue of the Danish Army entail? Looking for your nations pride and dignity? Cause I don't think I could find that either, cause even Canada has more of both than Denmark.

You can buy an adapter to hook a laptop hdd to your desktop at most computer stores (like CompUSA) for around 10 bux or so. Rstudio is a pretty good data recovery app too.
