why everyone should get ctraidassist add on..
why everyone should get ctraidassist add on..
it helps other healers to assist other groups in trouble... if you dont have it and the healers do, you will be not active on their ct raid bars...

CTRaid Assist is so fuckin cool you don't ever have to get it Slyth... someone in your group that HAS it can report your health/mana for you and automatically.
I see it like this. Say we have 8 BWC that want to run together but only have 1 priest. If everyone or most everyone has CTRaid, that 1 healer isn't as hard pressed to through out a heal on group 2. Or say group 2 has a healer but it's a shaman, and group 1's priest is tanking hard, the shaman can easily toss out a heal.

I have to admit, I was sceptical of this UI
But then I got it and actually died alot less in MC than I ever have before.
Not much use to non-healer except for the fact that if you don't have it, those that do have it can't get yer health info to keep you alive.
Also nice that it shows what the main and back up tanks have targetted too. Makes assisting alot easier.
That other UI that insta casts the curse remove was REAL handy too.
What was the name of that?

I think the mod itself sounds cool. It's not the mod that I have issues with, it's the approach that was taken previously.

yea.. because raid leaders were saying it was mandatory b/c they liked being pricks, not because it was actually useful or anything.
nothing new has been said in this thread that wasn't said before. maybe some members are just overly sensitive.... which I find hard to believe when you're in a guild with rhuac, the meanest person i have ever played video games with.

There is a very large difference between providing information and suggestions, and making something mandatory to the point of exclusion. Sometimes, it's not just the message, but the delivery. I'm sure you know that.
