New Officer Sleyn

OK, if there are no objections we are going to promote Sleyn to R2 tomorrow. He is very knowledgeable as well as willing to help. I will be demoting Toz as he has split off with his main. I like Toz a lot but, don't feel having your low level gimps getting PLed justifies the presence an officer should have in a guild.

No prob with sleyn promote / I hope toz does come back one day I think he doing a sweedish thing hehe. Need to keep balance though not to many officers at least not rank2 winterlords.

Grats Sleyn on the promotion. You have done an awesome job managing groups, and helping out in general.

I don't know tozakz, I have never talked to him, and I havent seen him in /o since I have been back. I have nothing good to say, so I will say nothing at all.
