no way. seriously, you prove nothing by attempting to do this without those tools. it's just to feed your ego. I'm not sure if you will ever understand where I'm coming from on this. It's not about proving / ego. It's about fun and playing a video game. For some people using these type of UI crutch...

Perhaps it's not that someone is "too lazy" as you put it to download a UI mod.

Perhaps for some people the "challenge" of being a great healer without the "crutches" is part of the fun.
